This insight meditation retreat will focus on the cultivation of stillness of reactivity and agitation, and the development of equanimity and liberating wisdom. Through seeing into direct experience, liberating insights naturally arise bringing a profound sense of peace.

This silent insight meditation retreat will include daily meditation instructions, inquiry periods and dharma talks. It is suitable for those new to meditation and for experienced practitioners.

This retreat will be organised by Tallowwood Sangha. Bookings will open on the Humanitix booking platform two months prior to the start date of the retreat.
