A two day non-residential workshop at Sangsurya Meditation Centre, Byron Bay
July 10 & 11 2021, 9am to 4pm each day.


This weekend workshop will use an interactive teaching style with periods of silence, including both walking and sitting meditation instruction, mixed with dynamic group work and opportunities for individual reflection.
Morning tea and lunch will be provided but please bring your own cushion.
Presented by Radha Nicholson and Karuna Fielden.
Radha Nicholson teaches the cultivation of wisdom and compassion through Insight. Her teachings focus on Inquiry and the non-dual nature of reality.
She is a guiding teacher for Bay Insight in Byron Bay and teaches retreats internationally in India, Australia, Germany and Israel. She has also been a guest teacher in France, Palestine, the UK, USA and New Zealand.
Radha is a registered counselling psychologist but has retired from clinical practice. Radha is the mother of four children and also has grandchildren.
Karuna Fielden is an experienced group facilitator and leader, with wide experience in the community sector as a manager of multidisciplinary teams. Karuna has over 30 years of experience advocating for and providing services for women, families, young people and children and has also facilitated men’s anti-violence programs.
She has been a Dharma practitioner for 46 years in both the Mahayana and Insight traditions and has a focus on compassion in her practice.
