An invitation to join us for the ‘Insight Meditation Retreat’ in the Vipassana tradition. The Retreat follows the ‘Insight’ format of silence; sitting & walkig meditation periods; dharma talks; inquiry sessions; individual meetings with the teachers; along with mindful work & rest periods.
